Munleg Projects License

This license applies to the following projects created and maintained by Munleg:

PvP Optimizer - Minecraft modpack and associated project files.
MRPack to ZIP - MRPack-to-ZIP conversion website, source code, and associated project files.

1. Permission

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the Projects to:

Use the Projects for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Download and run the Projects.
Study the source code of the Projects.
Modify the Projects for personal use.
Create private modifications or derivative works for personal use.

2. Redistribution

Redistribution of an unmodified copy of a Project is permitted provided that:

The original copyright notice is retained.
A copy of this license is included or linked.
The redistribution clearly identifies Munleg as the original author.
The redistribution does not imply that it is an official release or is endorsed by Munleg.

Modified or derivative versions may not be publicly distributed without prior written permission from Munleg.

3. Attribution

When publicly referencing, sharing, or redistributing an unmodified Project, appropriate credit must be given to Munleg.

Where reasonably possible, attribution should include a link to the applicable official project page.

For PvP Optimizer, the preferred official source is its official Modrinth project page.

For MRPack to ZIP, the preferred official source is the official website and/or official GitHub repository.

4. Modifications and Derivative Works

You may modify the Projects for private and personal use.

You may not, without prior written permission from Munleg:

Publish a modified version of PvP Optimizer.
Publish a modified version of MRPack to ZIP.
Distribute derivative works based substantially on either Project.
Reupload modified versions to Modrinth, CurseForge, GitHub, GitLab, or other public platforms.
Present a modified version as an official Munleg project.
Use Munleg's name, username, logos, branding, or project names to imply endorsement of a modified version.

5. Project Names and Branding

The names "PvP Optimizer" and "MRPack to ZIP", along with their associated original branding, logos, artwork, and visual identity, are owned by Munleg.

Permission to use the Projects does not grant permission to use their names or branding in a way that suggests an official relationship with Munleg.

6. Commercial Use

Commercial use of the Projects is not permitted without prior written permission from Munleg.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Selling copies or modified versions.
Charging users for access to the Projects.
Including modified versions in a paid product or service.
Using the Projects as part of a commercial service without permission.

7. Third-Party Content

The Projects may contain or depend upon software, libraries, Minecraft mods, assets, or other materials created by third parties.

Those materials are not covered by this license and remain subject to their respective licenses and copyright terms.

Nothing in this license grants permission to redistribute third-party materials beyond the permissions provided by their respective licenses.

8. Permission Requests

If you would like to:

Publish a modified version;
Redistribute a derivative version;
Use the Projects commercially;
Use the Projects or their branding in a way not permitted by this license; or
Make another use that is not expressly permitted above,

you must obtain prior written permission from Munleg.

Permission may be requested through the official contact method provided by the applicable project.

9. No Warranty

THE PROJECTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MUNLEG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PROJECTS.

10. Changes to This License

Munleg may update the terms of this license for future versions of the Projects.

Versions of the Projects distributed under a previous version of this license remain subject to the license that accompanied that version, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
